"Your education and career are not just steps to success; they are avenues to fulfil the calling God has placed on your life"
About Victoria
During her undergraduate studies, Victoria developed a keen interest in social policy, particularly in areas related to human capital & social mobility. This created a foundation for her drive to expand access to opportunities for marginalised groups. Through her exploration of the intersectionality of inequality, Victoria recognised that minority women often bear the greatest burden of reduced access to education, career opportunities, and resources.

To address this, she began her career at The Open University, specialising in student retention. Her work focused on supporting students from low socioeconomic backgrounds and displaced communities, ensuring they completed their degrees despite the challenges they faced.

Her passion for empowering women—especially minority women—led her to establish SisterSaid, an initiative dedicated to helping women maximise their educational and career potential, specifically in Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire.

SisterSaid’s mission is to contribute meaningfully to its local community by hosting workshops that support and mentor young girls in schools. Beyond this, Victoria envisions creating a robust network of women who can uplift and connect, sharing opportunities in careers, business ventures and passion projects.

In addition to her work with SisterSaid, Victoria is a makeup artist, worship leader in her local church and travel enthusiast.
